Mikal Grimes and John Boardman live in Austin with their adorable daughter, Sylvia Boardman Grimes. John is originally from Pascagoula, MS by way of Arlington, TX and ended up in Austin when he went to the University of Texas. Mikal grew up in Murray, KY and attended Princeton and got his Ph.D. in Physics at UT Austin.
